Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Options :

Shipping and delivery options are based on the Item size and weight of the item. Not all options are available for each item.

 

Processing Time :

Due to the custom nature of the Handcrafted Art that we sell, please allow 1-3 days Minimum for the order to be fulfilled. Most items are made to order and ART TAKES TIME! If there is a longer delay in the fulfillment we will notify you.

 

Cancellations :

After an order has been submitted it is immediately processed and can not be cancelled. Please email us at PetalSteelArt@gmail.com for any concerns.

 

Returns :

All sales are final and Returns are not accepted.

 

Shipping Delays :

After the order has been shipped the Seller is no longer liable for the order. The shipping company is responsible for timely delivery and proper handling. Please contact the Delivery Service Provider for questions, concerns or status.

 

Damaged Orders : 

Petal Steel Art is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the care of the shipping provider. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier. 

 

Shipping Restrictions : 

Orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Postal employees do not like it very much at all and your item will most certainly be returned, and damaged.
