We craft custom, handmade, one-of-a-kind metal art and sculptures. As such, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We are not product manufacturers; we are artists, crafters, and creators. All purchases should be made with the understanding that the nature of buying art includes the potential for unseen and unforeseen beauty within the creation, which should be appreciated as it is part of what makes handcrafting a time-honored tradition. We take pride in what we create and hope that you do as well.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue or file a claim with the shipping company.
